Albert John Builders was appointed to extend and internally remodel this large Victorian home in Leicester.
The scope of work included: the reconfiguration of the ground floor to provide family accommodation with the kitchen opening onto the garden; first floor reconfiguration; conversion and single story extension to the adjoining coach house into a new one-bed annex.
- New M&E whilst being sympathetic to heritage features.
